Just following up on my phone call to you last evening.

I was in the Burlington location of WiseBuy on June 23rd. with a friend. She bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner and I purchased a Uniden telephone.

It was the BEST experience I have had in a retail store in many years. We were greeted when we came in by a gentleman ( Sandy is on the receipt as the cashier). He was friendly and fun and so very knowledgeable as well. He spent time with us and went over all the different features of the Dyson models and gave us undivided attention. My mate chose her Dyson and then I asked about telephones. Amazingly, he spent almost as much time with me choosing a $40 phone as he did with my mate buying her Dyson.

We are both so pleased with our purchases. We are not rich people and need to watch our spending carefully so to be so respected and have so much time taken to help us with our needs was amazing.

Thanks to the Gentleman that served us and thanks for the casual, relaxed and no pressure feeling of just being in your store. I will be back and I know my friend will as well.
